hydric cycle, but it presents serious limitations for Center America and the Caribbean in rainy season, included the tropical storms, for the glide toward superficial waters. The practice generalized in the XX century of the vinasses treatment in lagoons of oxidation to open sky, is not appropriate for the XXI century in new distilleries that will be installed.
