Históricamente el ajedrez se ha considerado un juego de sabios. Sin embargo, en realidad se trata de un mito ya que cualquier persona puede aprender sus secretos, incluso los niños. A partir de los 4 años, los pequeños ya cuentan con las habilidades cognitivas suficientes para aprender a mover las fichas y hacer jugadas sencillas. El presente trabajo muestra las contradicciones que aún se revelan en cuanto a la necesaria motivación por el aprendizaje del ajedrez en estos escolares y la necesidad de instrumentar formas de trabajo que permitan desarrollar este aspecto tan importante para lograr la eficiencia en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje del ajedrez. En este sentido, se propone como objetivo “Elaborar actividades dirigidas a la motivación por el aprendizaje del ajedrez en los escolares de segundo grado de la escuela Rafael Pérez”. Se emplearon métodos del nivel teórico como análisis y síntesis, inductivo deductivo, histórico y lógico, del nivel empírico la observación, y la entrevista, del nivel estadístico y/o matemático el cálculo porcentual. Con la aplicación de la propuesta se logrará motivar a los escolares por el deporte ciencia.
In our history chess has become a wise men game. However, at this moment any person can learn its secrets, also the children. From four years on the children have the cognitive abilities to learn how to play it and make simple forms of plays. This work shows the contradictions dealing with the motivation needed for learning to play chess by scholarchips and the necesity of making ways of work that permit to develop this aspect that is so important to improve the efficiency in the chess teaching – learning process. In this case we propose as an objective to create activities directed towards the motivation for learning to play chess in the second grade students in the school Rafael Perez. There were used methods of theorical level, such as analysis and sintesis, inductive deductive, historical and logical, of the empyrical level the observation and the interview, of the estadistic level and lor mathematical the percentual calculus. With the application of this proposition we pretend motivate the students for the science sport
