Esta tesis fue realizada con el objetivo de analizar la cultura tributaria como fenómeno influyente en el comportamiento de la deuda en la provincia, teniendo en cuenta el incremento del estado de endeudamiento en personas naturales. En su desarrollo se muestran los fundamentos teóricos que sustentan dicho análisis y se toma como herramienta una encuesta realizada a un porciento de la población arribando posteriormente a los resultados de la investigación. La tributación es el arma más poderosa con que cuenta un país para poder financiarse, por esta razón es necesario que exista cultura tributaria. No es solo implantar el temor a la sanción monetaria, es indispensable acrecentar el deber moral de cada ciudadano de querer contribuir al desarrollo social y económico de su país. Fenómenos como la evasión y la corrupción impiden que haya un adecuado recaudo lo que a su vez influye en el desarrollo de nuestra sociedad.
This thesis was carried out with the objective of analyzing the tax culture as an influential phenomenon in the behavior of debt in the province, taking into account the increase in the state of indebtedness in natural persons. In its development, the theoretical foundations that support said analysis are shown and a survey carried out with a percentage of the population is taken as a tool, subsequently arriving at the results of the investigation. Taxation is the most powerful weapon that a country has to be able to finance itself, for this reason it is necessary that there is a tax culture. It is not only implanting the fear of monetary sanction, it is essential to increase the moral duty of each citizen to want to contribute to the social and economic development of their country. Phenomena such as evasion and corruption prevent adequate collection, which in turn influences the development of our society.
