The present investigation was carried at the Agricultural Laboratory III with collected insects of beehives infected this Aethina tumida Murray belonging to the Military Agricultural Company, Sancti Spíritus and the objective of evaluating the effect that basis with M. anisopliae and three contents of humidity in the control of larve and infested of the insect and 1,89x108 concentration of strain A34. They were carried out evaluations every 24 hours and determined the percentages of mortality the larve, infection of the pustules and the germination of spores for insects. For the analysis of stockings of the interaction between the dose of M. anisopliae and the percentages of humidity of the basis and was carried out a factorial analysis. It was obtained as results that the biggest percentage of mortality of larve and infection of the pustules with M. anisopliae were reached with the dose of 20g and 24g with values superiors to 60% to the five days. The content of humidity in the basis influenced in the effectiveness of the mushroom with the best percentages obtained with 25% and 40% Hbss. The quantity of spores germinated on the bodies of the insect was low independently of the dose and the content of humidity during the infection.
